Typical Manenberg’s Jazz Cafe line-up

Manenberg’s Jazz Cafe was indeed Cape Town’s premier live jazz and indigenous music venue. From budding stars to established international artists performed at our venue. We showcased the pride of Africa on our stage, by providing a platform to our artists to express themselves without fear of compromising their artistic integrity, so that originality and the sheer joy of performance to an appreciative audience could be fully realised.

Here follows a typical Line-Up:

  1. All this info on this iconic and legendary HOT SPOT is really awesome and appreciated. I visited the “Cafe” last in 1996 when I was still a varsity student and I have very vivid memories of this rocking spot. I am planning to visit again very soon and introduce my wife (of 10 yrs) to this way of life. would you be able to update the current line up for the Cafe please? Thank you in advance, Geoff Dames
